New Clients to Green Acres K-9 Resort
First off, Welcome to Green Acres!
Welcome! We ask that new clients fill out both forms below (Red and Green link) save make reservations and save time at check in by signing the liability contract (This is required for service) below so we can learn more about you and your dog prior to any dog boarding or daycare!
After that you can send in you vaccination records to either our email or fax number listed below. Feel free to call or email prior to this- or schedule a tour!
Required Vaccines: DAPP, Rabies, and Bordetella.

Payment & Cancellation Notice (New Policy)
Green Acres K‑9 Resort – Boarding Cancellation Policy• More than 48 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee• 24–48 hours’ notice: $50 fee• Less than 24 hours: 50–100% of the reservation total• No‑show: 100% of the reservation total• Holiday periods: Full stay charged unless cancelled 14 days in advance. Thank you for understanding and helping us provide reliable care for all our guests. This will help those on a wait list find a solution!
